Paul is a commercial real estate professional and an accounting student at Siena University, where he is pursuing a combined BS/MS in Accounting and is on track to earn his CPA. Rooted in the Capital Region through his family's construction and real estate development business, Paul has been immersed in real estate from the ground up.
With experience spanning public accounting, real estate private equity, and hands-on development, Paul understands how commercial assets are built, financed, and valued. His work in investor reporting within the private equity space has given him direct exposure to the financial mechanics that drive institutional-grade real estate decisions, from cap rate analysis to capital structure.
Paul is fluent in artificial intelligence tools, applying them to underwriting, market analysis, and due diligence to deliver a more informed process for his clients.
